A brand spankin’ new website that lets you vote for, buy, and sell art! What a novel idea; unlike similar buy-art websites like Gallery Nucleus, it kind of gives an Etsy handmade, community-centered vibe. It’s the equivalent of Threadless, but for your walls. The site is just a little over two weeks old at the time of writing with some kinks that haven’t been worked out yet (I registered with Philippines as my country but it keeps reverting back to Australia) but I bet we’ll be seeing great things from this site. I myself already signed up– if not to sell art, to buy art! Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
A couple of my favorites:
The Blender by Wilmer Murillo
$90 AUD = $85 USD = P3,720.24 PHP (not bad!)
This will look great in a kitchen.
Octopink by Jim Bradshaw
$60 AUD = $57.21 USD = P2,503.94 PHP (not bad at all!)
This will look nice hanging over a kid’s bedroom or the bathroom

Hello, Ben from ivoteforart here.
Thank you so much for the kind words, this is is the one of the best reviews we;ve had so far. To be put in the same sentence as Nucleaus, Etsy AND Threadless is indeed a compliment!
You’re right, there are some kinks (I hadn’t picked the country bug up – thanks), but we’re very excited to be open.
So far we’ve had hundreds of artwork submissions, so we’re just wading through them. Busy busy busy, but so much fun.
Just found you on Flickr, where you can also browse all the work that we have for sale.

Hi Ben, it’s my pleasure. The site looks good and it looks like it’s going to be a big hit. I hope to participate in the buying (and maybe selling!) soon :)

This is an awesome find, thanks. I’ll be getting my art on there and encouraging others to do the same.
