Currently: hotThree new Graffiti doodles I made today:

This next doodle is something I’m really pleased with. After coming up with the previous three doodles, I sort of had the guilty feeling I was wasting my time doodling cartoons and thought I should challenge myself and come up with something a little more mature. LOL. I wanted to try my hand at a bit of photorealism. I wanted to draw something I liked to draw, so bears came to mind, naturally. I like bears– I’ve been drawing them too much, too often.
Too bad real-life bears have fur; it was something I struggled with in making this drawing but I think it came out fine. Not good, but okay. Click on the play button below to see the complete drawing stroke by stroke.
The legs are totally out of proportion, the hind leg most especially (it’s so fat, I bet it’s tasty), but I’m pleased with the drawing in general. In terms of illustration, this is the first time in a loooong time I’ve done something that’s not cutesy or cartoonish! So hooray :)
