We don’t celebrate St. Patrick’s Day here in the Philippines so I had to ask Julie what the holiday involves. “St. Patrick’s Day is an Irish holiday,” she said. “Loads of 4 leaf clovers, leprechauns, green beer, pots of gold, rainbows, drunk ass people…” O-kay, got it! I wasn’t sure I wanted to draw “drunk ass people” on something that might possibly be embroidered on baby burp cloths, so here’s an adorable, family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day PDF pattern for you, free! You can use it as an embroidery pattern or print it out as a coloring page for your kids (or yourself).

I like the little bear dude a lot (he’s a character I’ve been drawing since my college days– I will have to dig out my early 2002 sketches of him when he looked a lot different from today) so I colored him digitally and turned him into a nice wallpaper also free for download.
