An invitation project I worked on before to fill up my illustration portfolio. I was approached by a client to illustrate a circus-themed birthday party invite for a one year-old. The client provided a photo of the birthday celebrant for the clown to resemble.

I was tasked to come up with a jungle-themed set of birth announcements, thank you cards and sticker seals focusing on a baby monkey representing the newborn. As I was working on another jungle safari-themed illustration for a different project at around the same time this came in, I opted for a hand-drawn and more organic look for this project.
I was happy for the chance to illustrate scenes with a very Filipino flavor for the graduate project of some Stanford MA students. These illustrations were used to accompany e-books for teaching young Filipino students in rural areas in the Philippines.
This adorable boutique-style bakery selling cakes and cupcakes approached me for their branding. Rebecca, the owner, wanted a cute, sweet, and vintage look for her promotional postcard, logo, and various icons for use in their packaging and website. Their shop is located in Twickenham in London, England. Drop by if you’re in the area and eat a cupcake for me!

K Now (Knowledge Now) is a weekly news magazine show for children aired on The Knowledge Channel (Philippines). The show underwent a reformat and I designed and animated the show opener and broadcast templates.

Ravenswood wanted a fun and kid-friendly two-sided flyer/brochure promoting the importance of dental hygiene for children.
Webdesign for Candy Magazine’s prom microsite. Candy is a local teen-oriented magazine and they commissioned me to design their online prom primer featuring a user-submitted photo gallery and prom articles/tips. I also designed a variety of web icons and buttons to match.
Kawaii-style sushi illustrations which Filipino lifestyle retailer Punchdrunk Panda licensed for their footwear line.

I designed, animated, and edited their opening billboard as well as their broadcast design for their annual show relaunch. The show’s producer wanted a red/green/yellow color scheme for this particular show reformat.

An illustration for St. Patrick’s Day made primarily as a sewing pattern for a crafter then repurposed as a desktop wallpaper.
