Other than the materials I used to decorate the notepad with, the pages and cardboard backing are made out of recycled paper (the leaves are a little bit thin but has a smooth finish; it is best to use a ballpoint pen to write on the pages instead of a sign pen/felt-tipped pen to avoid the ink going through the other side).

A kraft notepad altered with orange, Asian-themed scrapbooking paper and my original geisha illustration. [SOLD]

My first attempts at cardmaking and paper crafts, inspired by a patterned paper purchase at Etsy. I wanted to buy something off Etsy to see how purchasing and Paypal work, so I scrounged around for inexpensive items to put in my cart. I happened to chance on a pack of assorted patterned paper from juicysweetdesigns. I left it lying around the house for a few days afterwards after I received it in the mail because I didn’t know what to do with it, until I got the idea to turn them into mini notecards.
